RUOpeps is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and safety of our products. Please read this policy carefully, as it governs all returns, refunds, and related matters.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Any issues related to damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery to be considered.
  • Reconstituted products are not eligible for returns unless reconstituted according to standard laboratory protocols using approved solutions (e.g., Hospira® bacteriostatic water). Use of other solutions may void eligibility.

2. Refunds

  • Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the product purchase price only.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover processing and restocking costs.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • RUOpeps is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance to protect against lost or damaged shipments. Claims for lost or damaged packages can only be processed through the selected carrier or insurance provider.

4. Payment, Chargebacks, and Account Responsibility

  • All orders constitute a legally binding commitment to pay for the products purchased.
  • Customers must contact RUOpeps directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
    • Account suspension or permanent ban
    • Referral to collections for recovery of outstanding balances
    • Contesting the chargeback using all supporting order and shipping documentation

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for payment.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only prior to fulfillment.
  • Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Quality Assurance & Replacements

  • RUOpeps is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Replacement requests are subject to verification and review:
    • Reconstitution Standards: Replacement requests for reconstituted products will only be considered if the product was reconstituted using approved laboratory-grade solutions.
    • Research Use & Outcomes: Replacements or compensation are not provided for subjective research outcomes or perceived efficacy.

7. Product Handling Disclaimer

  • Peptides and research chemicals are sensitive materials requiring proper storage and handling.
  • RUOpeps assumes no liability for products mishandled, improperly stored, or used outside of approved laboratory research settings.
  • All customers are responsible for adhering to safety protocols, temperature requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.

8. Additional Notes

  • Submitting a return or replacement request constitutes agreement that the product will be returned securely and in compliance with all applicable shipping regulations.
  • RUOpeps reserves the right to deny returns or replacements if conditions are not met or if there is evidence of misuse.
